I worked with Dara on getting a space for my new storefront "Eagles Nest Golf Lounge" in Webster, NY. She was always accommodating, on time, cordial, professional and informative. She was diligent on communication and checking in with me between the steps to see if I had any questions or concerns with the process at any given point. She went above and beyond even after the lease was done and offered contacts for other services I will need to have set up once things are ready to go with the space I am now leasing. I am the Treasurer and a Board Member of Kellers Kats Rescue, Inc, based in Rochester, NY. We recently had a need for a new commercial space for what we refer to as Keller's Klubhouse. Leasing a space that fits our unique needs is difficult at best. We have had two previous locations but were looking for our furever home. Our Secretary came across a listing that Dara had which seemed too good to be true. Location, more than double the space, an attractive plaza, all pluses. Our first visit to the space reinforced what we were hoping, that this was what we needed for our second decade of serving the communities that we support. The zoning worked, the other merchants were excited to have us as a tenant. Dara assured us that we would have dream landlords and she (and they) did not disappoint. From scheduling the first walk-through with Dara and her team to negotiating the lease to the day we got the keys this was a seamless process. We are hoping to never need Dara's help again because this past week it was affirmed by many of our volunteers that "this is the perfect space"! Dara is a compassionate, hard-working and trustworthy agent.  The attention and focus she has for her clients doesn't waiver and you'll start thinking you're her only client!  I can't thank her enough for her expertise, patience, advice, and the overall process of buying commercial real-estate, which is daunting, was made all that much easier with Dara to rely on.
